I've got an opportunity to buy a Killer Bee DX 250 HDV for $125.00 Do you think it's a good deal? How many watts have you seen come out of that thing?

The "Killer Bee" brand is a clone of the Texas Star brand, they used just about everything the same except for possibly transistors. The "Bee" I think uses maybe 2SC2290's (2 pill) so you might get 200w (I said might) with 4w swinging ??? input. The spec says it's a high drive but personally 2290's won't take a lot of abuse. As for price that is up to you, I'd bargain.

This is just my opinion.
