Key up toy question/Problem

I have a doorbell module when first key up the mic, everything works fine until I turn on the TS 667v. When the amp is on the module will keep on going off or it will work correctly but when I speak into the mic it will go off. Is there anything that I can do to solve this problem. Radio is a cobra 29, texas star 667v, out a tree trimmer (102 whip). Thanks Carlos

How will I go by filtering the toy? Can you explain it as if you were talking to a 3yr old Where can I get chokes? Where do they go? Sorry for so many questions, I'm new to this. Thanks Carlos
