hi all and thanks for the help i was wondering how to find the amperage in the altenator and what size amp i could use....im running a gen lee and flex whip...89 chevy pu 1500 4x4 350 loaded.....thanks again

choice of 85 to 105

could be an 85 100 or 105. would have to get the casting numbers off and call the dealer to be certain

dealer said it appears to be a 105 amp altenator......so how big can I go without doing any add ons to the truck..thanks in advance

I know you could use a 1X2 for sure, maybe more

You might could even go to a 1x4, but I'm not positive on that.

a 2 pill or a 1x2 would work fine.

you can add a direct replacement 200 to 225 amp alternator
also can have dual rectifiers
nice alternators can take a beating
