I picked up a Powerwerx Anderson 30 amp power supply to run the VHF/UHF radios. So far I haven't heard any interference from it on the HF bands.

I picked up a Connex 3300X with an American flag face. $182 on Ebay. I will never sell any of my radios.
Also same day picked up a Galaxy 95t Big Rig series. Paid big money but it's a chrome top and bottom cover and tuned up good.

I picked up an air cannon to shoot up wire antennas into the trees in case I set up shop in the state parks using their picnic tables doing portable operation. Nature and radio can go hand in hand.

I recently picked up a President Lincoln 2 Plus with ASC. And an RM Italy KL 503 HD amplifier.
The president Lincoln is a bit smaller than I like but it has the bells, whistles and frequency range I prefer.
It also has a 6 digit counter which I feel is better than the standard 5 digit counter many radios have.
Im happy but now Im after a 1500 watt mobile antenna tuner !!

Those President Lincoln 2's are great radios. One of our radio club members is using one in his truck running 45 watts, using ham stick antennas and getting into many South American countries and Europe on 10 and 11 meters.

It seems to be a nice day here. I might just go key down on some Idaho operators.

My new Elk hand held five element, two foot long log periodic dual band hand held beam is on the way. It's going to be used for fox hunting (direction finding), searching for distant repeaters and also for base station use. It's going to be a lot easier to find the "fox" during fox hunting events for sport when the fox beacon is hidden. It's coming from Elk Antennas.
