2WR747_Richard passed away Monday night after returning to his rehabilitation home. He was coming home on weekends after over a year of PT, to spend time with his family and friends, was getting back on the radio, even made the on air contact to me on Sunday the 2nd. On AM he was called "TugBoat" and on SSB he like to hear everyone call him "Big Beaufort".
He will be missed, my condolences to his family.
