here at work i when you try to open any window on desktop it will not open just shows box and nothing else it try ro do search and all it dose is show littile dog and nothing else and my pc protection (Mcafee) will not open and when i try to get to my email and other sites it will not load.when i try and open mcafee it shows the window but will no open .tried to go safemode and it still dose the same thing any ideas on what i can do. tried to to back it up but i can not even do that.
