Redman's Habanero Sauce !!

Redman's Habanero Sauce

That's right , My very own recipe.

I was the first in the USA to grow these peppers back in 1987.

Park Seed and Burpee caught on in 1992. I grew all the great Habaneros - Red Savanna - White And Yellow.

Ten years ago I found the Chocolate Hab ,The fullest flavor hottest pepper on Earth. I provided these to the area eateries and bars. The past three years I have been making Hab sauce.

Friends and Family say it's the very best they have ever had.

So here it is !!!

Redman's Original Flavor Habanero Sauce
Incredible heat with Full Addicting Flavor " Damn that's Hot, Lemmi Have some More !! "
Only Available at www.Redmancb.com

I'm quite partial to hot foods, however I want my food to actually have a taste. Does this have a taste or is it just hotter then hells furnace? Some of the "super hot" sauces I've had are all heat, no peppery taste. Know what I mean?

hot sauce

Post by causmik » Wednesday, 19 December 2007, 18:25 PM

I don't quite understand the punishing trend toward really hot picante sauces. I do indeed like a good, flavorful hot sauce but these liquids that are called "hot" picante sauces are way too much. I usually am salivating so much from the capsicum content after one taste that the flavor is gone. I just don't understand.

Someone please enlighten me as to why there is such punishment......Is it a test(tosterone) of manhood? A right of passage? A hazing to get into a Frat? What the heck?

If so, I am a wiener. A big one.

Mike

In th early 1980's I had grown peppers that would burn a hole

in your tongue and had the flavor of battery acid.

My friend came busting in my yard during the summer of 1987.
" Tom check out this **Censored**, You have to grow these peppers ! "

He had been at the Mott's Creek Inn in Smithville.

He was eating a cheese-steak sub and took some pickled
peppers from the jar on the bar for his sub.

Habaneros !! A really hot pepper with FLAVOR !

A lot of the stuff sold today claiming to be super hot is a pepper extract.
One that comes to mind is called Spontaneous Combustion. It's like
putting a acetylene torch in your mouth.

My sauce is hot, but if you start out slow, the flavor will win you over.
People come to my house, or when we go camping, dip a chip or a cracker
and before you know it, they are hanging around the Hab sauce.

I like Habaneros. They do have a great taste. Tapatillo (spelling?) Sauce is a pretty good one. Not too hot with all the good flavor. I really do like a good flavorful pepper sauce, indeed.....just hold the fire.

That's awesome, I love hot food. How about some FRIED CATFISH with plenty of good hot sauce? I'm going to have to try your sauce. I had this stuff called "Hot Sauce From Hell" at this place called Uncle Bub's BBQ in Westmont, and they have this wall of hot sauces that you can try. I had the same sauce last time, at least I thought I did, and I thought it was total weak-sauce. This time, it was different. My eyes were watering, and I was in hell for like 5 minutes.

After I recovered, I did it all over again! I love torturing myself at the dinner table!

Good luck with the sauce, because the sauce is the boss!

Thank you for the great feedback !

Anyone who knows a good hot sauce from a acid torch, will love the great flavor of the HABS !!

Popular demand has forced me to step up in quantity.

I am now offering a 32 oz Quart of the Original or The garlic for $29.00

This is equal to 6 of the sauce bottles at HALF THE PRICE !!

Maui SKy will be slightly more.

Next 2 Flavors from the my recipe list are

Horseradish ( fresh from my garden )
and Cilantro. This is the chinese herb that make GOOD mexican sausa so tasty !

I researched every avenue when my buddy, supplied me with that first
pickled hab pepper .
For 5 years,I couldn't find any reference to them ,in the USA, published on paper, or thru
my PC, until 1992.

Best part is, it's addicting..Once you acquire a taste for it,
you will be thinking of other things to put it on

Doritos Ranch chips.. The Garlic and the Original go great on Ritz crackers.

Break off a square on a Nestles Crunch bar and dip it, MMMMM Good.

Morning Eye opener. , 1/2 teaspoon Original or Garlic, dropped in the

bottom or a 8 or 10 ounce glass. Fill with cold tomato juice.

PM Redeye., 12 ounce glass. , stand a straw in it, add 1/3 glass of crushed ice.

add 1/2 teaspoon of redman's sauce, 1 ounce of top shelve liquor

Jack Daniels, Royal Crown, Stoli, then fill with tomato juice... Sinfully Good !!

since Serrano grow so many per plant.....i took some...w/ fresh tomatoe...onion...oregeno..bell pepper...and garlic...w/ a few more spices....roughly blended the Serrano..........made incredible spaghetti sauce....

then blended all but onion and bells ....w/ green and red Serrano's.....made amazing home made pizza sauce

Serrano just allow for more taste...less cap

I mean to say, good fresh sliced greasy pepperoni. Cooked so the fat from the meat rolls

off the slice.

Thnx Mike,

Glad you like it.

The Honey is equal in heat and flavor .

All the others have incredible flavor, and are hotter then the Pineapple.

I just made Old Bay Flavor. It tastes like Old Bay and has NONE in it. HOT.
