What size fuse in the radio? What size fuse for the amplifier? Add the two together and if the total is less than about half, or maybe two-thirds the output of that power supply, the power supply should be large enough. Considering how power supplies are commonly advertised, having one rated for twice the anticipated current draw would be better.

Hello FreeBallin,
The power supply will work fine for the Uniden 980SSB but is a little small for the RM Italy 203P, minimum for the amp is around 14A. So you will need to get a power supply that will do that and it needs to be continuous amperage. It would be better to run them separately anyway.
