Ok here is my question . I want to install a potentiometer for my talk back i just need want to make sure im doing it correctly. Three legs looking at the top front left leg to ex speaker, Middle leg to pa, Right leg to ground?

295 here is a page showing how to do talk back for a 25/29 radio. you lost me as to where you were going to put the wires. so this pic should work fine. all you need is 2 legs. after you wrote, speaker PA then ground I was not sure where you were putting it.

On the resistor mod I just add a micro switch inline on the negative side of the resistor to turn it off.
