Has anyone here had problems contacting and/or speaking with someone at Xforce Inc. if so, how did you resolve it.

I would suggest reading the contact page on their website.

I heard he recently had some family issues and is now backed up with work and repairs. He can be tough to get a hold of but in the past he has always returned my call within a couple of days. Even when the voice mail box was full he called me back. Hope you get it worked out.

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

My thinking is the same as 543, he has some issues. If you email him it takes 1 to 4 days to get a response, if you call he answers in the order of the call, if you call more than once your call drops to the last on the list again, It's all on his contact page.
These amps like most are not a factory assembly line with dozens of employees, most are small one man shop in their basement or workshop, being busy puts it mildly. Email or call once, he'll get back to you.

I've always had the best responses from him through email. If it's something we need to discuss he'll call me based on the info in the email. It might take a few days but he's good at responding normally. That said with the holidays and family stuff he may just have other things going on that takes priority away from business right now. Be patient and he'll get back to you.
